Our champagnes all have one thing in common: we add only what is absolutely necessary. A small amount of neutral spirit. No filtration. The wine, just as it is.

Together

Champagne Moussé Frères is not a successor to Champagne Mathieu Nicolas. It is its twin. Champagne Mathieu Nicolas is our foundation; the precision of a well-crafted, accessible, consistent champagne. It is what makes the estate viable. Champagne Moussé Frères is our signature brand. Every decision is entirely our own. It reveals the unique characteristics of each plot and the identity of each terroir.

Between the two lies a balance; the same balance that guides the way we work. Tradition and innovation. Accessibility and high standards. Both have their place; both are necessary.

Champagne Moussé Frères represents our single-vineyard winemaking. Stainless steel tanks, enameled tanks, oak barrels—depending on the vineyard and the vintage. Each village, each grape variety, and each vintage is examined separately.

Les Plants de l'Église best embodies our values today. A blend of 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% oak barrels. Brut, direct, uncompromising. Not perfect. Expressive.

Our next chapter: Les 5 Terroirs. A blend of the five villages we work with; 100% Meunier. A champagne that will tell exactly where we come from. A balance between freshness and aromatic intensity. Between what we’ve inherited and what we’re building.
