Over 80% of our vineyards are planted with Meunier, a grape variety that has been overlooked for far too long. This is our mission: to ensure the success of this great grape variety. It is the true expression of our terroir, and reflects our high standards and our love of wine.
Our family cultivates vineyards across the five villages of the Marne Valley: Cuchery, Cuisles, Jonquery, Fleury-la-Rivière, and Damery.
The Marne Valley isn’t the most famous of the Champagne appellations. And yet, beneath its hillsides lie deep, rich, complex clay-limestone soils that allow the Meunier grape to express a rare richness: juicy red fruits, a mineral edge, and a finish that invites you to “come back for more.”
We maintain our vineyards ourselves. Since 2023, an autonomous electric robot called the Vitibot has been working on three of our vineyards in Cuisles and Jonquery.
Our philosophy is simple: limit inputs both in the vineyard and in the cellar, allow the soil to regenerate through natural grass cover, and use the Vitibot robot to weed without chemicals. The HVE and VDC certifications attest to our concrete commitment; and in the future, biodynamics is on the horizon.
“The earth is the foundation of everything. If we respect it, it will repay us.”
